Syncplicity uses email addresses in a number of places – such as when you forget your password or when someone shares a folder with you – and a verified email address helps us improve the user experience for all users. It also helps us continue to provide best-in-class safety and security for your critical personal and business data.
The process is simple:
- Log on to your Syncplicity account on the My Syncplicity Website (https://my.syncplicity.com).
- If you haven't yet verified your e-mail address, you will be prompted at this time with instructions on how to proceed.
- When you get the verification email, click on the link inside the email and your account will be verified.
If you are an existing user and wish to verify a different address than you currently use you can simply change your email address under the Account tab before starting the verification process.
