How do I verify my email address

Syncplicity uses email addresses in a number of places – such as when you forget your password or when someone shares a folder with you – and a verified email address helps us improve the user experience for all users. It also helps us continue to provide best-in-class safety and security for your critical personal and business data.

 

The process is simple:

  1. Log on to your Syncplicity account on the My Syncplicity Website (https://my.syncplicity.com).
  2. If you haven't yet verified your e-mail address, you will be prompted at this time with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. When you get the verification email, click on the link inside the email and your account will be verified.

 

If you are an existing user and wish to verify a different address than you currently use you can simply change your email address under the Account tab before starting the verification process.
