Delete without understanding the consequences Deleting files deletes them for everybody and every computer who uses that folder

Take advantage of backups Need an version or accidentally delete a file? Restore it yourself instantly. If your company has a Business Edition account and IT staff, you can also ask your helpdesk to remotely restore it for you

Move folders without understanding the consequences Moving a folder outside of a Syncplicity folder deletes it from that folder. It will also be deleted for everybody and every computer that has access to that folder.

Pick a secure password Choose a difficult to guess password 8 characters long with letters and numbers

Move Syncplicity folders directly Syncplicity folders on your computer (those marked with the Syncplicity logo) should never be moved directly. Use the client to perform the move.
