How do I reset my account on the Mac?
- Quit the Syncplicity application.
- In Finder, drag Syncplicity from the Applications folder to the Trash
- In Finder, in the "Go" menu, select "Go To Folder". Type in ~/Library
- Open the Preferences folder and drag com.syncplicity.syncplicity.plist to the Trash
- Once you've done this, start Syncplicity again, you should see the license agreement and then the registration screen. Please enter your Syncplicity account information into the registration screen. Syncplicity should run correctly.
What do I do when I see an error like "SyncPlugin is in use"?
1. Drag the Syncplicity application into Trash
2. Restart your computer
3. Install the application again.
