How do I change or reset my password

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, or if you wish to change it to a new password, you can do so by logging into http://my.syncplicity.com and clicking on the Account tab.

 

Changing your password

Changing passwords regularily is a good security measure. We recommend you select a secure and difficult to guess password which only you know.

 

To change your password:

  1. Sign into your Syncplicity account at http://my.syncplicity.com 
  2. Click on the Account tab
  3. Click on the Personal Info tab
  4. Click the Change link next to the current password
  5. Verify your old password and type in the new password
  6. Click OK

 

 


Resetting a Lost Password

If you have lost or forgotten your password, go to https://my.syncplicity.com/Signup/ResetPassword.aspx and enter in the primary email address associated with your account. A password reset email will be sent to your primary email address.
