Premium Support is a higher level offering for those companies that desire a higher level of support. Customers of Syncplicity Business Edition receive Priority Email Support with priority response times with a typical one day turnaround as part of the subscription fee.
Business Edition Premium Support is available for an additional fee which provides our highest level of support with typically same day response times as well as access to callback telephone support Monday through Friday, 7am – 6pm PST except for corporate holidays. Syncplicity Premium Support is here to help you with troubleshooting technical issues with Syncplicity Business Edition to isolate potential causes and provide issue resolution through fixes or workarounds.
Premium Support may be purchased for $45 per month for the first 3 users (one Business Edition Base Package) and $5 per month for each additional user purchased for the Business Edition account.
To add or remove Premium Support from an existing Business Edition account, log-in to http://my.syncplicity.com with an Administrator account, click on the Console tab, and click Upgrade under Plan Info.
