How do I view details about my Business Edition account

You can view details about your Business Edition account, including how many users and how much storage has been purchased for your account, by logging into http://my.syncplicity.com as an Administrator within your company account, and then clicking on the admin console tab.  A summary of your Business Edition account is provided under Plan Info which includes the following details:

 
Seats - This is the number of seats, or unique users as identified by e-mail address, that are currently purchased or allowed under trial as well as how many seats are currently used. For example, if you have purchased a plan with 25 seats and are in the process of deploying Business Edition and have thus far created 15 user accounts, the summary would display "15 out of 25 purchased in use." To create additional user accounts, you would simply click on the link Add New Users. If you want to purchase more seats or reduce the number of purchased seats, click on the Add Seats link.


Storage - This is the amount of pooled storage that is purchased and available. Business Edition accounts have pooled storage which allows you to allocate your storage across multiple users as needed as well as only counting quota once for shared files regardless of the number of people, computers, or devices the files are shared with.
