You can access your billing and payment history as well as download previous invoices at any time. The steps to do so differ slightly depending upon whether you have a Business Edition or Personal Edition account.

Viewing Billing History for Business Edition Accounts

To view your billing history, log-in as an Administrator within your Business Edition account at http://my.syncplicity.com. Click on the admin console tab. 

Under Plan Info, click View details.

Under Other Tasks, click View invoices to bring up your invoice history.

You can click on any invoice number to download the a PDF of the invoice details which includes all charges as well as payments applied towards the charges.

Viewing Billing History for Personal Edition Accounts

To view your billing history, log-in to your Personal Edition account at http://my.syncplicity.com. Click on the my account tab.

Click on the View details link.

Under Other Tasks, click View invoices.

You can click on any invoice number to download the a PDF of the invoice details which includes all charges as well as payments applied towards the charges.
