Canceling an Individual User Account
To cancel a Business Edition account, log-in to http://my.syncplicity.com and click on the Account tab and then the Personal Info tab to bring up your account details. You can cancel by clicking on the Cancel my account link at the bottom.
Note: Canceling your account immediately closes your account and permanently deletes all files, previous versions, and configuration from your account. Before canceling, be sure you have all of the files and information you need as the files are unrecoverable from your account after it is closed. In addition, any shared folders or files will no longer be shared or accessible by others unless they have already downloaded previous copies to their own storage.
Canceling a Business Edition Account
To cancel an entire Business Edition corporate account, log-in to http://my.syncplicity.com as an Administrator and click on the Console tab. Under Plan Info, click the Close Account link.
Note: Canceling your Business Edition corporate account immediately closes the account and permanently deletes all users, all files, previous versions, and configuration. Before canceling, be sure you have all of the files and information you need as the files are unrecoverable from your account after it is closed. All of your users will lose access to their Syncplicity Business Edition accounts and information. In addition, any shared folders or files will no longer be shared or accessible by others unless they have already downloaded previous copies to their own storage.
If you have a paid subscription, your account will be immediately closed and deleted. You are still responsible for charges for the remainder of your subscription term in accordance with our Refund Policy.
