Try before you buy
Syncplicity provides free and trial account types on all new accounts to try before you commit to purchasing a subscription. For Personal Edition accounts, a free version is available. For Business Edition accounts, a 30-day trial is available. Both the free Personal Edition and free 30-day trial of Business Edition are yours to use, free of charge. No billing information is required.
Cancel a paid account and you won't be charged again
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 13th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. If your billing cycle is an annual subscription that renews on July 2nd and you cancel on January 2nd, you won't be charged again but you'll still have to pay for the current year. In both of these cases, since your Syncplicity account is prepaid, you would not be charged any new amounts, but also would not be receiving any refund. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
If you are on an annual subscription, we will send a reminder to your account owner's e-mail address at least two weeks prior to renewal to notify you of the upcoming renewal.
You can cancel your account at any time. To cancel an account, click on the type of account you would like to cancel: Business Edition or Personal Edition.
