Personal Edition Accounts
You can change a Personal Edition account's subscription at any time. Upgrading to a paid Personal Edition subscription provides 50GB of storage, the ability to sync with 5 computers, and direct access to support. For a full list of benefits and pricing, click here. Upgrades to a paid subscription take place immediately.
You can also convert from a paid subscription to a free subscription. Your account will be converted immediately to a Free subscription. You will need to reduce the amount of storage and computers you are using with the Syncplicity service to less than the 2GB and 2 computers provided with the free subscription to continue using your account.
Personal Accounts can also be upgraded into Syncplicity Business Edition trial and paid accounts as well. Upgraded accounts will continue to retain all of their information and settings but will also have additional Business Edition functionality. Personal Edition accounts upgraded into Business Edition trials can be downgraded before the end of the trial back to a Personal Edition account (see the Business Edition section for instructions). Once an account is fully converted into a paid Business Edition account at the end of a trial or as an immediate upgrade, the account cannot be downgraded back to a Personal Edition account.
To change or upgrade a Personal Edition account subscription, log-in to your Syncplicity account at http://my.syncplicity.com/account and click Upgrade.
Business Edition Accounts
Business Edition trial accounts can be converted into a full paid account at any time. Simply login to http://my.syncplicity.com with a user account is an Administrator within the business account and click on the Console tab.
Click on the Step 4 link: Convert your trial to a Business Edition subscription or click here to reach the page directly. While entering the Business Edition trial, the contents and configuration of your Personal Edition account were migrated into a new Business Edition account. When you convert your Business Edition trial account to a paid Business Edition account, the Personal Edition account is automatically closed and any unused credit within your Personal Edition subscription is automatically applied against your new Business Edition subscription.

If your account was previously a Personal Edition account and your trial has not yet ended, you can also cancel the trial and return back to your previous Personal Edition account.
Login to http://my.syncplicity.com with an Administrator account and click on the Console tab. Then click on Close Account under the Plan Info section to close your Business Edition trial account and return back to your original Personal Edition account.

When you cancel your Business Edition account, you will be returned to your previous Personal Edition account. All Business Edition users, and any folders and shares created by these users, will automatically be permanently deleted once your account is closed. We recommend you ensure you have all of your data prior to closing your Business Edition trial account.
It is not possible to migrate from a Business Edition to a Personal Edition account.
