Syncplicity automatically bills your account on a recurring basis depending upon your type of subscription. For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card is billed on the same day each month corresponding to the day of the month you originally signed up. For annual subscriptions, your credit card is billed on the same day you signed up each year.
If you switch to a different credit card or have an expired credit card, you will need to update your credit card information on file to ensure continued service. Changes to your billing information will take effect on the next bill date or within one business day if there is a balance due on your account.
Personal Edition
To update the billing information for a Personal Edition account, log-in to http://my.syncplicity.com and click on the my account tab. Under the my account tab, click on the Change billing information link to update your credit card number on file.

Business Edition
To update the billing information for a Business Edition account, log-in to http://my.syncplicity.com with an account that is an Administrator within your company. Click on the admin console tab and then Update billing info within the Plan Info section.
