Account Overview


 

Subscription

An account type lets Syncplicity users know what version of the product they are currently using and how much storage is allotted.


 

Change Billing Information

Use the form on this page to update your billing address or credit card information, then click Update Account for the changes to take effect.


 

Upgrade Plan

  1. Log into your Syncplicity account at my.syncplicity.com/account
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Choose your upgrade option, then click Next
  4. Enter in billing, credit card, and subscription increment (monthly/yearly) information, then click Next
  5. Confirm your upgrade, then click Finish.

 

Quota

The quota meter will tell users how much storage space they are using out of their total storage space available. Files shared by other users do not count towards quota.

Syncplicity Personal Edition users have past file revisions and deleted files available for 30 days, after which time these files will be automatically deleted from the Syncplicity servers. Syncplicity Business Edition users have past file revisions and deleted files available for 30 days, after which time past revisions and deleted files may be limited within their quota limits.


 

Sharable Links

This view allows users to see what individual shared links they have sent to other users. 


 

Cancel Subscription

Users wishing to cancel their paid subscription to Syncplicity can click this link to cancel their recurring payments to Syncplicity.
