Account - Business


Plan Information

The plan information menu can be accessed through the business edition console, located at https://my.syncplicity.com/Business/. This menu will inform company admins to the current business subscription level and usage, while providing options to upgrade, downgrade, or modify the company account.


 

Upgrade

At any time, your Syncplicity account can be upgraded to add more storage, users, or premium support:

  1. Log into the Syncplicity business console at https://my.syncplicity.com/Business/
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Choose your upgrade option, then click Next
  4. Enter in billing information, credit card, and subscription increment (monthly/yearly) information, then click Next
  5. Confirm your upgrade, then click Finish.

 

For users with current subscriptions, any remaining amount on your subscription will be applied to the new subscription as a credit.

This page is found in the Syncplicity business console at https://my.syncplicity.com/Business/ and will give company administrators a general overview of plan details.

 

Subscription

Defines the current company subscription

 

Account Name

Your company name

 

Seats

Number of seats currently purchased or allowed under trial. Additional seats can be purchased here using the Add Seats link

 

Shared Storage

Lists the current company allotment of storage. Additional storage can be purchased here using the Add Storage link

 

Subscription Date

Date subscription was started

 

Trial End Date (if applicable)

This date marks the time left in a trial period. At the end of a trial period the company account with either need to be upgraded or the account will close.


 

Update Billing Information

Company admins can use this page to update any of their company billing or payment information


 

Cancel Business Account

Decided Syncplicity Business Edition isn't for you? If it's something we can change, please let us know. If you're ready to cancel, you may close your account.
